Chemistry
Introductory
Hello, I am Kaelen Lee and today I will be Introducing about the Chemistry Topic. Chemistry is an important detail and subject in science, it impacts and affects everyone on a daily basis. Whether it be cooking, experiments, or for educational purposes.
About Chemistry
Chemistry is a special subject in science, Chemistry is a large subject that varries depending on its topic. It is the fundamental building blocks of everything ranging from Matter, Energy, to how things reacts to certain action.

What You Will Learn
Article 2
Description:
Chemistry, a topic that is an important aspect of science. Used for multiple reasons, whether to teach, to experiment or to create innovations.
This page will teach the students about chemistry,
give out examples,
proper explanations and partial comparisons.
Students In This Category Will Learn Topics Such As:
Atomic Structures:
Electrochemistry
The structure of an Atom, elaborates and gives the readers detailed explainations about the said atom. (Atoms are the basic and fundamental building blocks)
Examples > Electrons, Protons, Neutrons, Nucleus, and Orbit.

A type of chemistry that focuses on the relationship of both Chemicals and Electricity reactions towards each other. These reactions are typicialy involved in the electrons moving.
Examples > Batteries, Light Bulbs, Voltaic Pile, Anodes and Cathodes.
Chemical Bonds
When Atoms and Ions Bond to create Molecules, Crystals and other structures. Bonds may result in Electrostatic Force between Opposite Charges.
Examples > Ionic Bonds, Covalent Bonds, Hydrogen Bonds, Metallic Bonds.
Note that all of these are different types of bonds
Periodic Table
The Periodic Table, the table of Elements, each element has their own column and row as this table helps predict and show the reader the properties of the elements they choose to learn. Such as the chemical Reactions, and what Chemical Bonds it can form.
Example of an element:
Silver - Ag - Atomic Number: #47 - Atomic Weight:108

Solutions and Mixtures
The teachings of the diffrence between Solutions and Mixtures, Mixtures are physically combined substances made with two or more Elements or Compounds. While solutions are mixture of two or more substances that dissolved into the other Solution. Solutions cannot be seperated via physical means but can be seperated through chemical means only.
Examples of Mixtures & Solutions >
Homogeneous mixture,
Heterogeneous mixture,
Solvent Solution

What Are They Doing?
Description:
Activities:
Projects:
:Projects in chemistry are normally the most exciting part of the coarse, not only is it one of the most important parts. But is also used to help the teachers demonstrate and show the students about the subject.
Chemistry is a very chaotic coarse, that is fun to learn about. The subjects in chemistry grade 9 varries depending on the subject or topic the students are learning, being that chemistry has multiple topics.
Article 3
Some examples of chemistry projects:
Elephant toothpaste experiment, Measuring water on a penny, and that one experiment that I forgot the name of but by
using dense liquids and comparing it to solids using water.

Quizzes:
Quizzes in chemistry are different than quizzes from other coarses, for example the quizzes in chemistry are much more shorter and rare to encounter. Being the coarse revolves around experiments, most of the time your either taking notes or doing projects.
Tests:
Tests in chemistry's are a harder variant in chemistry, although being more difficult then quizzes it is also more rare to get them. Being only once per 2 weeks

Homework:
Homework in chemistry heavily relies on projects, as chemistry mainly focuses on experiments so the students can learn in person from these said examples. things such as videos, real life experiments and notes all affect the homework being that the homework and projects share similar traits but require more work.

The Equipment:
The Work Place:
The equipment in chemistry depends on the environment the experiments are done in, normally it is done in a lab.
Here are some of the tools separated into 2 categories:
Work Equipment
The Equipment here is primarily meant for work purposes only, tools such as Test Tubes, Beakers, Magnets, Charts, Batteries, Graduated Cylinders, Tongs, Flasks, and Burners.
The work place for chemistry grade 9 students, normally it is in a science classroom. The classroom is next to an equipment room so if there was an emergency they would get the tools in the equipment room.

Safety Equipment:
For Safety equipment, the students are required to have, wear and prepare these equipment. Those being: Safety Goggles, Lab Coat, Lab Gloves. Some other equipment meant for situations include: Fire Estquinishers, Fire Blankets, Sand Buckets, Glass Bucket, Emergency First Aid Kid, Emergency Eye Wash, and Emergency Shower in the equipment room.

History Of Chemistry:
Importance Of Chemistry:
Chemistry is an important part of history, being it was used to invent and discover multiple things. Chemistry had impacted history in a way that people in the modern day can live with advanced equipment. some of the things chemistry had Discovered:
Examples > Bronze, Iron, Antibiotics, Batteries, Oil, Fertilizer.
Chemistry had impacted the world, not only just by its inventions and world breaking feats. But it also had managed to change the perspective of the world by creating new technologies and better help everyone understand the concepts of this topic. Examples >
Medicine/Drugs, (ibuprofen, naproxen and etc)
Technologies, (light bulbs, computers, concepts of electricity like electrons.)
Article 5
Overall, Chemistry is a huge topic, although being a large topic, it still has areas that are still undiscovered/unexplored. Chemistry is not just a subject in science about discoveries and inventions. But is also used to help others understand about the world using examples, interactions, and the environment. Used to help others learn about their mistakes and to improve of it. (Thank You For Reading)
